A lot of people have pretty idealistic visions of adoption. And while it can be the best option, many adoptees struggle.

Today, researchers are only recently beginning to uncover certain risks and traumas associated with adoption. My deep dive into online adoption support groups and looking into scientific studies show that not all adoptees are doing ok. I’ll be sharing some of my research and conclusions here.
